Your First Prosthetic Visit
At your initial consultation, you will meet with Eric & Chad to discuss the treatment plan as outlined / prescribed by your physician. Together you will review your medical history and set goals for crafting and delivering your prosthesis.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
It is important that you come to your first prosthetic appointment prepared.
Bring your ID card and insurance cards.
Bring a pair of loose-fitting shorts.
If you have a prosthesis, bring it.
Bring your positive attitude.
Be prepared for a positive outcome.
